You will speak directly with potential and reputed company members regarding questions about their billing/payment, services offered, and any other issues they may have. SHIFTS: Full-Time Shift - Option #1 • Shift - Thursday - Monday - 12:30 am - 9:00 am Full-Time Shift - Option #2 • Shift - Tuesday/Wednesday - 12:30 am - 9:00 am • Shift - Friday - Sunday - 4:30 pm - 1:00 am Part-Time Shift • Sat/Sun - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Requirements: • 1-2+ years of customer service experience • Excellent communication skills • Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality • Intermediate to advanced computer skills • Background reputed company required Required Equipment • A laptop or desktop PC (cannot be an reputed company product, Surface or Chromebook) with Windows 10 • Ability Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet reputed company with an ethernet cable • USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone • Webcam (external or embedded) Benefits: • Full time. 40 hours per week schedule with overtime opportunities! • Great pay.
