Growing... together. The Enrollment Client Liaison is responsible for first-level response and resolution or triage of escalated issues with external and internal customers. This role will enhance the overall delivery of benefits and services by providing on-site dedicated support and guidance to a large or reputed company client. Required Qualifications • 2+ years of experience with enrollment and eligibility processes, billing and CMS regulations • 2+ years of experience gathering requirements from the client / business and documenting results • 2+ years of experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes • Intermediate level of proficiency with reputed company, Access and PowerPoint • Intermediate level of proficiency with presentation and meeting facilitation • Ability to travel to client sites and for business needs.
