Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers... who contact reputed company for a variety of topics, primarily reputed company inbound calls and other communication platforms. You will research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues. You will also go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, engaging with them and thinking critically to help provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
