Book Making (Production, Managing Editorial, & Production Editorial) These departments are responsible for the in-house editorial, pre-press and manufacturing processes of turning manuscripts into bound books after acquisition reputed company reputed company the desired timeframe and budget. The intern will work with reputed company three departments and some responsibilities include copy editing, proofreading materials including TI sheets, reader guides, cover copy, font matter, marketing materials, and assisting with freelancer communication. Interns may also be asked to create, and track production schedules and communication. INTERNSHIP PROGRAM DETAILS reputed company offers a 10-week PAID, REMOTE internship opportunity available in our adult, children’s, and corporate divisions. Interns are exposed to the publishing process and our business through panels, networking events, and employee speaker series! Summer interns work for 28 hours per week and are paid $21/hour. What you study does not matter! We are looking for your desire to work with books, your drive to learn and your curiosity for the publishing industry.
