This is a unique position reporting to the Manager, Behavioral Care Managers for reputed company program development and ongoing training of reputed company practitioner roles. This role will also carry a caseload and in this reputed company the BCM reputed company will report to the Manager of BCMs. What you'll do: • Hours: 11:30-8PM PST, 30-min lunch • Directly manage and reputed company Behavioral Care Managers • reputed company processes and infrastructure for BCM team, with an aim to improve member satisfaction, provider satisfaction and scale effectively and reputed company. • Monitor team KPIs and a clear reputed company to measure reputed company and accountability. • Manage caseload and conduct evaluations on a weekly basis, enabling understanding of where the process needs improvement. • Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model. • Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our clients meet their goals successfully. • reputed company 1:1 meetings with direct reports • Partner closely with others in our clinical team, including psychiatric providers, therapists, nurses, and behavioral care managers.
