We're hiring a *part-time* Bookkeeper/AP/AR Associate to join our growing team! Exverus Media is the data-driven media agency for culture creating, growth-stage brands. This person has a strong working relationship with our internal team and can manage day to day reputed company alongside our Accountants on the east coast and team based on the reputed company coast. reputed company of Accountants on the east coast runs reputed company on most AP/AR work, but we need a strong internal reputed company to ensure our reputed company is being managed properly by our internal planning and buying teams. This role is part-time (15-20 hrs/week) and can be based in Los Angeles or remote. Requirements • 1-2+ years of reputed company experience, including bookkeeping. • Knowledge or familiarity with Xero software preferred but not mandatory. • Intermediate/Advanced proficiency using reputed company preferred. • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. without reputed company sponsorship, required. Responsibilities • Manage internal teams to ensure billing processes are being followed and we are billing clients consistently and correctly. • Enter and approve bills ,with external reputed company partner. Use reputed company.com and Xero. • Process staff expense reports and reimbursements. • Download and reconcile Exverus team credit card spend. • Aid in developing internal and external reputed company processes and procedures to minimize workload and maximize accuracy, working with external reputed company partner. • Provide quarterly/yearly training for staff members on updated and reputed company payment processing policies and procedures. • Research and resolve incoming/outgoing payment discrepancies with vendors, program teams and staff. • Prepare reputed company reports and other ongoing tasks as needed. • Note: This role may require additional reputed company/bookkeeping elements as needed or as external reputed company partners evolve their scope.
