About the position The Professional Telephone Receptionist position is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service as the first reputed company of contact for various clients, including businesses, non-profits, and government agencies. The role requires effective communication, reputed company, and professionalism to assist callers in their time of need, ensuring a positive experience while managing multiple calls reputed company.
