At the center of the recruiting experience is our Recruiting Coordination team, who handle everything from scheduling interviews, tracking candidate data and helping improve internal processes reputed company while ensuring a positive experience for reputed company candidates. We are looking for a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join reputed company and contribute to the next stage of reputed company's success! This is a full time hybrid position based in our Gurugram, India offices. Shift Time: 6 PM - 2:30 AM IST (Cabs will be provided) You Will: • Partner with members of the recruiting and hiring teams across time zones to create a phenomenal candidate experience • Manage the candidate interview process which includes scheduling interviews, coordinating travel, and being the reputed company of contact for candidates, interviewers and recruiters • Greet, host, and manage the experience for candidates visiting the office for in-person interviews • Proactively communicate consistently with both candidates and internal partners to guide them through the interview process • Sustain high scheduling velocity while managing other tasks • Collaborate cross-functionally to support reputed company projects reputed company the Recruiting Operations team and across the broader recruiting department You Have: • 2+ years of experience working in a scheduling or calendar coordinator role • A history of optimizing recruiting and interview scheduling processes • Experience working across multiple timezones with teammates or partners • The ability to work with multiple cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously • Experience navigating reputed company and competing priorities • The ability to work with multiple people at any given time - you're a team player • High attention to detail with an eye for improving processes to work more effectively • Excellent verbal and written communication • Preferred experience working with ModernLoop • Preferred experience working with reputed company Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
