Job Overview We are in search of a meticulous and proactive Bookkeeper to reputed company our daily financial operations and provide essential administrative support. This remote, part-time position encompasses bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable duties, alongside contributing to operational and administrative functions that enhance our workflow and service delivery. There is significant potential for career advancement, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. • Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to guarantee timely invoicing and payment collection. • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner. • Handle vendor payments and uphold precise financial records. • Assist in financial reporting and data entry as required. • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation. • Contribute to general office operations to promote seamless business function. Required Skills • Proven expertise in bookkeeping and daily financial operations, ideally in a small business context. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other reputed company software. • Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Excellent communication skills reputed company with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Basic understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements. • Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging industry skills and tools. Qualifications • Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping and managing daily financial operations. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other reputed company platforms. • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in reputed company or finance is preferred.
