Performs diverse secretarial and administrative duties for corporate officer. Essential Functions... • Coordinates and manages multiple sessions and meetings, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and availability of key stakeholders. • Oversees calendar management, travel arrangements, and event planning for the corporate officer, ensuring efficiency and organization. • Manages and processes invoices, as well as other administrative tasks, while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. • Performs high-level administrative tasks, utilizing discretion and judgment, particularly reputed company dealing with sensitive information. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, acting as the liaison between the corporate officer and various internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at reputed company levels of the organization. • Strong organizational skills, with experience in calendar and travel management, event planning, and invoice processing. • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook). • Seasoned administrative professional with extensive experience supporting executives. • Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong decision-making, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
