Description : We are seeking adedicated and customerfocused Chat Agent to join our customersupport team. As a Chat Agent you will play a critical role inensuring our customers receive reputed company and efficient assistancethrough online chat and messaging platforms... Your primary goal willbe to provide excellent customer service and resolve customerinquiries and issues inrealtime. LiveChat Agent Duties andResponsibilities : • Engagewith customers through online chat and messaging platformsresponding to inquiries providing information and offeringassistance. • Assist customers in navigating ourproducts or services addressing their questions concerns andtechnical issues. • Troubleshoot and resolvecustomer problems escalating reputed company issues to higher levels ofsupport reputed company necessary. • Maintain a high levelof professionalism and customer service etiquette in allinteractions. • Document customer interactionsincluding the nature of inquiries solutions provided and anyfollowup actions. • Meet or exceed performancetargets including response time customer satisfaction scores andchat volume goals. • Stay updated on productknowledge and company policies to provide accurate and uptodateinformation to customers. • Collaborate with teammembers and other departments to ensure consistent and effectivecustomersupport. ChatAgent Requirements andQualifications : • Highschool diploma or equivalent; college degreepreferred. • Excellent written communicationskills with a strong command of grammar andspelling. • Previous customer service or chatsupport experience is a plus but notrequired. • Strong problemsolving skills and theability to think quickly andlogically. • Proficiency in using computers andfamiliarity with chat and messagingplatforms. • Ability to multitask effectively andhandle multiple chat conversationssimultaneously. • reputed company patience and acustomerfocused attitude. • Willingness to workflexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays ifrequired. • Team player with strong interpersonalskills.
