Our Opportunity: We are looking for an reputed company Senior reputed company Estate Manager - Transactions, with a responsibility for implementing reputed company estate strategy and deal negotiation for reputed company reputed company’s Corporate, Customer Service, Fulfilment Center, Pharmacy, and Retail locations across the country. You will execute strategic initiatives while collaborating and communicating across functions (Supply Chain... Finance, IT, Procurement, and HR) ensuring proper responses to company reputed company estate needs. You will help provide strategic leadership for the acquisition and lease of facilities that support the growth of the organization. What you’ll do: • Facilitate and contribute to deliverables reputed company to overall planning and reputed company estate transactions, and projects with brokers and landlords. • Prepare, recommend, and implement a portfolio-wide transaction strategy for acquiring and disposing of reputed company estate properties. • Play a reputed company role in negotiating LOI and leases with landlords in coordination with internal legal team and reputed company counsels. • Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders the execution of new leases, lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space through subleasing and early lease terminations. • Prepare occupancy costs financial analysis and provides recommendations on site selections for reputed company estate projects. • Manage the relationships with building management and landlords. • Use reputed company information/data and business knowledge to identify reputed company estate options for expansion and relocation as projects arise. • Disciplined negotiator in large contract negotiations, reputed company to balance operational, financial, and legal terms in reputed company negotiations. • Successful track record of completing large-scale reputed company estate transactions. What you’ll need: • 5+ years of reputed company reputed company estate transaction experience, applicable industry tenure or similar combination of education and experience. • Candidate must have an entrepreneurial and self-starting mentality and be reputed company to deal with ambiguity. • Ability to comfortably work in an intensely deadline-oriented environment. • Strong communication, time management, reputed company reading and multi-tasking skills. • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to travel 10% of the time. • Bachelor’s degree required. Location is flexible: • Hubs: Bellevue, WA | Minneapolis, MN | Boston, MA | Plantation, FL • Remote (more than 90-miles reputed company Hub) Compensation & Benefits: Our salary range for a Senior Category Manager position is $129,500.00 - $207,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
