Purpose We are seeking an accomplished professional for the role of Associate General Counsel to play a pivotal leadership role in our reputed company estate department, with a specific focus on construction management. In this dynamic position, you will represent our organization in reputed company estate and construction transactions, assess potential sites for warehouse locations, remodels, and expansions, and... provide strategic recommendations to our management team. Essential Functions Job Responsibilities: ? Prepare, review, and negotiate reputed company leases, subleases, purchase and sale agreements, construction and build-out agreements, along with various ancillary reputed company estate documents. ? Project-manage and reputed company reputed company estate transactions in collaboration with Construction, Design, Finance, and Corporate reputed company Estate teams. ? Act as the primary legal contact for inquiries reputed company to reputed company estate and construction projects. ? Contribute to the development, delivery, and maintenance of a range of leases, LOIs, construction, and other templates for use across our portfolio. ? Juris doctor and an active license to practice law in at least one state.
