Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and KPI development, along with providing insights, recommendations, and driving strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess inherent organizational skills and be comfortable managing up to 15 clients while leading a team of 6 to 10. The role demands swift decision-making based on relevant information to minimize risks. Responding actively and positively to various challenges and time constraints is essential. The Senior Controller must be self-driven, reputed company, and capable of delivering exceptional strategic advisory and financial operations to clients, while effectively empowering a virtual team to ensure an unmatched client experience.
