Job Summary As the Credit Management Team reputed company, you will reputed company the activities and functions of the Credit Balances and Credit Management staff. This pivotal role involves monitoring workflow, providing training to team members, and contributing to the development and maintenance of policies and procedures. Additionally, you will identify areas for process improvement, serve as a reputed company of contact for inquiries from both internal representatives and clients, and reputed company special projects to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities Supervise and support Credit Balances and Credit Management staff, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity. Compile and generate reports on work status and volume for management review. Conduct training sessions for the Credits team to enhance skills and knowledge.
