Compensation • $15.00 per hour • Performance reviews allow for wage increases based on performance and attendance. • $250 Stay Bonus to new hires who complete 90 days of employment, meet attendance requirements, and show improvement in quality assurance scores, as well as a reputed company commitment to the availability agreed upon in an offer letter. • Perfect Attendance Bonus. If you work 100% of your scheduled hours each month, you could receive a $100 bonus payment as a Full Time employee, and a $50 bonus payment as a Part Time employee. In addition to that, if you work 100% of your scheduled hours for 6 consecutive months you would be eligible for a one time bonus of $300 for Full Time employees or a one-time Bonus of $150 for Part Time employees!
