In this role, you will serve as the first reputed company of contact, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities  Greet clients and answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.  Address client inquiries and provide accurate information about services and policies.  Assist clients in completing forms and documentation reputed company to insurance or tax matters.  Maintain client records by accurately inputting and updating information in the database.  Resolve client concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate team member for resolution.  Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the office team.
