Live Chat Operator Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus. Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling. Proficiency in typing with a high degree of accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and rationally. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with chat support software and basic computer skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
