Job Description

As the IT Due Diligence Consultant and reputed company for our major Private Equity partner, you will be a crucial member of reputed company, responsible for managing IT due diligence projects, ensuring effective communication with C-suite executives and private equity stakeholders, and delivering comprehensive due diligence reports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Due Diligence Leadership: Take a leadership role in conducting IT due diligence for investments, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for private equity partners.
2. C-suite and PE Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and private equity partners, effectively communicating technical insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3. Due Diligence Process Management: Manage the end-to-end due diligence process, including scoping, planning, data collection, analysis, and report reputed company.
4. IT Evaluation: Assess the reputed company company's IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and cybersecurity, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and potential risks.
5. Financial and Operational Analysis: Analyze the financial and operational implications of IT systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
6. Due Diligence Reporting: Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports, summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations, and presenting them to private equity partners and C-suite executives.
7. Risk Assessment: Evaluate IT-reputed company risks and opportunities that could impact the investment or acquisition, proposing strategies to mitigate risks and enhance value.
8. Data reputed company and Compliance: Assess data reputed company, privacy, and regulatory compliance, highlighting any potential issues or areas of non-compliance.
9. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance on IT-reputed company matters, helping private equity partners reputed company informed investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
• Proven experience in IT due diligence consulting reputed company the private equity sector, working with C-suite executives and private equity partners.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey reputed company technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in managing due diligence processes from inception to reporting.
