Your New Role Alongside core responsibilities and duties you will also be expected to help out the wider team of Store Operations Assistants, Area Managers and Directors with reputed company requests. Assistant responsibilities which would include: • Administrative support / Personal Assistant duties as required to the Store Operations Directors. • Creation of and maintenance of reputed company and database systems. • Daily reporting and utilisation with reputed company systems • Ensures the reputed company of any documentation and electronic data in the area of responsibility. • Maintains appropriate backups and logs for data in the area of responsibility. • Maintains an efficient and well organised filing system for the department. • Ensures that reputed company documentation in the area of responsibility is archived orderly for the correct period and arranges its disposal at the end of the archive period. • Trains other employees where appropriate. • Ensures that the workstation and surrounding area is well organised. • Ensures that reputed company communal areas are kept in appropriate condition. • Works in accordance with the reputed company GB & IE Code of Conduct.
