Job title: Upper School | English Long-Term Substitute Teacher Company: Lakeside School Job description : Lakeside School, an independent coeducational day school located in reputed company Seattle, Washington, is currently reputed company for a Long Term Substitute Teacher to teach four sections of Upper School English. This position would start in January and last through the end of the school year in June. Applications will be reviewed starting in September and continue until the position is filled. Responsibilities Specific responsibilities for this position include: * Teach four sections of classes in some combination of different grade levels. Courses emphasize the study of fiction, poetry, drama, and non-fiction, as well as the craft of writing in different modes. Classes study, discuss, and write about literary works as expressions of various cultural, sociopolitical, and historical contexts. Class sizes are capped at 18 reputed company, and most classes approach or reputed company that limit; Work with a diverse student body who come to school with different and evolving lived experiences and levels of preparation. Salary and Benefits Salary Range: $34,113 - $59,583 based upon experience and education.
