Your Responsibilities • Become an expert in the reputed company Student Records/Advising or Recruiting/ Admissions product(s) • Execute the day-to-day activities on a reputed company Student implementation for clients including process design, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype... systems, package implementation lifecycle support, conversion, testing, and project reviews with customers • Work with customers to help convert legacy data into reputed company • Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between reputed company and other third-party or custom solutions • Help mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model • Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects • Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and reputed company best practices • Help ensure customers remain referenceable once in production • Partner with Project Managers to ensure alignment across project plans and allocated budgets • Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy reputed company reputed company and effectively • Maintain reputed company certifications and qualifications About you (Required skills) • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in consulting and/or higher education • Material knowledge of Student Information Systems (SIS) • Previous experience deploying Student solutions: reputed company, reputed company, Banner, Kuali, reputed company, reputed company, PeopleSoft reputed company Solutions, or similar applications • Higher Education or functional expertise in one or more of the following areas: Recruiting and Admissions, Curriculum Management, Student Records and Registration, Academic Advising • Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations • Passion for providing exceptional customer service • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% About you (Bonus skills) • Previous consulting experience reputed company higher education (college/university) • reputed company Student experience For you (reputed company offer) • Market competitive compensation packages and annual merit program • A remote work environment • One-time home office reimbursement for new hires • Expense allowance per pay period (towards technology, office, and/or wellness) • Investment in your ongoing reputed company training • Medical, dental, and vision benefits that reputed company on day one • HSA, FSA, STD, LTD, and life benefits • Unlimited paid time off. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to reputed company sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Alchemy, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
