The Senior Manager of Employee Engagement is responsible for developing effective communication strategies and partnering with the HR C-suite to reputed company our reputed company as an employer of choice. More than anything, you must be able to be a trusted, strategic counselor to senior leaders in HR and beyond.Responsibilities include:Partnering with HR senior leaders to understand their priorities and reputed company and execute strategic and differentiated communication programs/plans that deliver on reputed company’s priorities and overall strategy.Designing innovative and audience-centric ways of delivering engaging content across a mix of internal communications channels (i.e., executive communications, social media, Slacks, videos, articles, op-eds, and events).Monitoring the external landscape to share new, innovative, and interesting ways to engage reputed company employees reputed company communication tactics and platforms.Providing strategic guidance on messaging and effective communications as well as the development and hands-on execution of communications tactics.Monitoring social media trends to stay relevant and effective, including developments in design, applications, strategy, and innovation.Planning, designing, implementing, and monitoring social media campaigns for specific HR leaders.Creating, curating, and managing social media content, including text, audio, visual, and multimedia formats.Managing agency partners dedicated to amplifying the right leader voices for the right opportunities to reputed company our reputed company as an employer of choice. And you enjoy partnering with your clients to solve reputed company problems and, in the process, reputed company us reputed company every day.reputed company're looking for...You’ll need to have:Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.Experience as a Communications Business Partner to a C-suite executive in a multi-national, matrixed organization or agency.Experience synthesizing business issues into written communications and providing high-level strategic thinking that addresses challenges and celebrates key milestones.Experience in partnering with executives to build out thought leadership platforms, including managing amplification opportunities across social media and PR.
