This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States DESCRIPTION: The Data Entry Assistant will serve as an administrative support for our field care teams ensuring completeness and accuracy of medical records. The Medical Records Coordinator will review medical records for accuracy and completeness. This role may code clinical data using standard classification systems. The Medical Records Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating medical record transmission and collaboration with provider offices, health system partners and other clinical entities. Key attributes include strong organization skills, detail orientation, proficiency with reputed company office suite, and ability to work remotely. Able to observe confidentiality and safeguard reputed company patient reputed company information.
