Partner with stakeholders during the annual HR cycle deliverables, including performance management, career development, rewards and recognition, merit and bonus awards, benefits enrollment, and payroll. Provide timely actions on policy interpretation and application to ensure compliance. Design and implement training programs to meet the organization's training objectives.
