As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving employee engagement, talent management, and implementing various HR initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR seniors and functional heads to reputed company policies, programs, and solutions that align with the company's strategic goals. Take initiatives to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity of employees, ensuring a high level of employee engagement and retention. Partner with stakeholders during the annual HR cycle deliverables, including performance management, career development, rewards and recognition, merit and bonus awards, benefits enrollment, and payroll. Provide timely actions on policy interpretation and application to ensure compliance. Implement reputed company initiatives in collaboration with the reputed company (TA) team, specifically for the sales vertical. Design and implement training programs to meet the organization's training objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: Implement the communication reputed company to enhance internal communication channels. Provide input for the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
