Your primary responsibilities will include: • Collaborating with clients to deliver expert advice on various HR matters, including compliance and recruitment best practices. • Assessing individual client needs and crafting customized strategies to address their specific HR challenges. • Supporting policy development, enhancing employee relations, performance management, and compliance auditing, as well as formulating job descriptions that reflect essential duties and qualifications. • Sourcing candidates across diverse sectors to meet client demands. • Engaging in both proactive and reactive recruitment efforts, from identifying to presenting candidates. • Employing creative networking and talent scouting techniques to connect with top talent, including passive candidates. • Overseeing the complete recruitment process, from job postings through to candidate selection and offer extension.
