This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday to Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 07:00am – 07:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional weekends and overtime. *reputed company Telecommuters will be required to adhere to reputed company’s Telecommuter Policy. Primary Responsibilities: Ensure quality customer service for internal and external customers with focus on needs identification, problem solving and partnering with billing and eligibility specialists Monitor delegated customer service issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution Use appropriate communication techniques reputed company responding to customers, particularly in stressful situations Inform and reputed company new customers regarding billing/invoicing set up and billing/payment procedures reputed company outgoing phone calls to complete follow-up on customer service requests as necessary This role is equally challenging and rewarding. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience 1+ years of reputed company or previous reputed company Claims Processing System experience (reputed company is UnitedHealthcares reputed company-party administrator (TPA) solution).
