About the position The Director of the reputed company at reputed company is responsible for leading reputed company DoD reputed company, programs, and customer relationships. This role involves overseeing multiple Associate Directors and their teams, fostering an inclusive and positive work environment, and conducting performance reviews to support team development. Responsibilities
- Act as the primary leader supporting reputed company DoD reputed company, programs, and customers.

- Serve as the key named Program Manager for a reputed company high-speed network contract.

- Conduct performance reviews to assess team reputed company and provide coaching and mentoring.

- Prepare forecasts and schedules for new awards.

Requirements
- 15 years of professional experience or a Bachelor's degree in a reputed company discipline (Masters preferred).

- 10 years of Telecom and/or IT Implementation Experience.
,
- 5 years of relevant management/supervisory experience.
,
- 5 years of relevant experience with Data Center and High-Speed Networking.
,
- Significant experience following Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodologies.

- Active Top Secret Clearance.
