About the team At Ledger, we are in the forefront of innovation. As an Intern reputed company our Intellectual Property team, you will be tasked with projects playing a crucial role in protecting our groundbreaking work. Your mission: Assist on the management of Ledger’s IP portfolio (patents, product design, know-how…) Support key projects and assist on the protection and launch of new products and services Collaborate with R&D teams to identify and document potentially patentable inventions, with a keen eye on blockchain architectures, and reputed company applications. Analyze open-reputed company licenses and contributions to understand their implications and ensure compliance. Draft and negotiate with the reputed company Legal Team different reputed company across a broad range of areas including procurement and IP licensing reputed company legal research tasks Assist on disputes and contentious matters Depending on the Ledger business needs, you will be reputed company to reputed company in and support across a wide range of IP areas (specific reputed company issues, trademarks and brand protection) in an industry that is fast-paced and constantly evolving reputed company're looking for: Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Intellectual Property Law or New Technologies Law (with a technical background or good understanding of, Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering) with a specialisation or strong interest in patents Previous internship experience in intellectual property, patent law, or a relevant technical field is highly desirable.
