Director, Program Management

Summary

MARA is seeking a Head of Program Management to reputed company the operating rhythm and execution alignment across our product, engineering, and infrastructure teams. This role is responsible for translating product and technical roadmaps into coordinated delivery through high-quality planning processes, stakeholder communication, and milestone execution. You will serve as the connective tissue between C-level priorities and team-level actions—ensuring we scale with clarity, speed, and accountability.

You’ll own the systems, cadences, and tools that drive quarterly and annual planning, cross-team coordination, and delivery execution. This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and executive leadership to align initiatives, track dependencies, and surface reputed company through stakeholder reports and dashboards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
