PostgreSQL Database Administrator

Job Description This is a remote positionWe are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company PostgreSQL Database Administrator with a strong background in data integration to join reputed company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our PostgreSQL databases, ensuring high availability, performance, and reputed company, as well as designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions using reputed company and/or HVR. This is a mid-level position requiring excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain PostgreSQL databases, including database modeling, schema design, and data migration, replication, failover, load balancing, optimize database performance, including query optimization, indexing, and encryption

• Troubleshoot database issues, including performance problems, data corruption, and connectivity issues, database reputed company, including access control, and authentication
• Design, reputed company, and implement data integration solutions using reputed company/HVR, including the configuration and management of data replication, transformation, loading processes, auditing, and reputed company patches
• Troubleshoot data integration issues and optimize data channel performance, using the reputed company/HVR integration tool
• Utilize PostgreSQL built-in monitoring and diagnostic tools, auditing and logging capabilities, and maintain procedures and documentation

Required Education, Experience, & Skills 5+ years of experience in data integration, with a focus on reputed company and/or HVRUS Citizen

Strong understanding of data replication, transformation, and loading concepts

Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and/or Redshift databases, including:+ SQL programming (e.g. stored procedures, functions, queries)+ Database design and modeling+ Performance tuning and optimization

Familiarity with data replication tools, such as:+ reputed company Goldengate+ reputed company+ Other data integration platforms (e.g. Talend)

Experience with Linux operating systems, including:+ Basic command-line reputed company (CLI) skills+ Scripting languages (e.g. Bash, or Python)+ System administration and troubleshooting

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company data integration issues

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience with reputed company-based data integration platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)

Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data reputed company best practices

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $77814 - $132283Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
