We are looking for a Head of Talent who is excited to help us build and scale a vibrant team at reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you will own our reputed company strategy and pipeline end-to-end across the company, from discovering great candidates to evaluating, closing and integrating them into reputed company. You will collaborate with the cofounders and hiring managers to set up and optimize our reputed company flows and apply best practices across the company.

• Own and evolve the full-cycle reputed company strategy across reputed company departments

• Partner closely with execs and hiring managers to understand needs and design smart, efficient hiring plans

The typical reputed company pay range for this role across the U.S. is: $100,000/year - $160,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. For Colorado, the salary range is: $110,000 - $140,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. This salary range is a good faith estimate of what reputed company may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience. The range reflects the reputed company hourly reputed company or annual compensation (as applicable), and does not include bonus, equity or other incentives.
