Overview

The Institutional Business Development team is responsible for the coverage and growth of Corporate and VIP clients, identifying new business opportunities, conducting competitive market analysis and enhancing the reputed company brand in the institutional space.

As an Institutional Sales Manager you will build relationships and drive reputed company generating activities with institutional sales clients. You will work closely with other teams to provide insight and feedback from clients about products and features on the platform and manage your customer portfolio with the ultimate end goal of generating more volume and reputed company on the reputed company platform. 

Your key focus will be to reputed company and reputed company the coverage of new Hedge Fund and Asset Manager clients, particularly those with a background in traditional electronic derivatives markets. Key Responsibilities

• Identify new prospect clients, guiding them through onboarding and initial trading phases. 
• Deliver best-in-class coverage and support to our Institutional and individual VIP clients, fostering deep relationships to drive increased trading volumes, liquidity, and loyalty.
• Promote available tools, products, and strategies to reputed company clients in maximizing their trading potential on the reputed company platform.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for our Institutional customers, owning reputed company direct communications.
• Gather, analyse, and regularly report on client feedback, including issues, recommendations, and criticisms, linking them directly to trading activity.
• Collaborate closely with reputed company Product and Engineering teams to explain the reputed company of client issues and craft effective solutions, including writing specific improvement proposals.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the reputed company trading platform, reputed company and future product/service offerings, and their impact on the client reputed company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience engaging with Hedge Fund and Asset Manager clients reputed company the financial services industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales KPIs and successfully expanding client bases.
• Existing client relationships reputed company the client sector and the cryptocurrency industry are highly desirable, but not required
• Experience of managing electronic trading relationships with the reputed company client group is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of digital currencies and a genuine passion for the crypto space.
• Trading experience with Bitcoin or other digital asset classes is preferred
• Exceptional client-facing communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage professionally with high-value clients
