The Engagement Manager is a leader, project manager, and mentor who thrives on client, company, and team accomplishment. This person will be hands-on with the development of key project deliverables such as: charter, project/staffing plans, issue logs, etc. while driving client engagement. Any budget or resourcing constraints will be communicated and addressed, keeping in mind the project’s success and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become an expert in reputed company's Implementation Methodology and use it on reputed company engagements.

• Demonstrate competency in the reputed company product suite - HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials.

• Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed.

• Provide guidance and mentoring to Principal Consultants working on their implementations.

• Work with the client project manager to identify/resolve reputed company issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes.

• Be an advisor to the Client and reputed company team by contributing to and providing active support in developing solutions

• Mentor reputed company project team members by providing feedback and supporting their development for engaging with clients and project delivery

• Ensure the project is delivered reputed company the budget outlined in the SOW.

• Work with reputed company Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with agreed to checkpoints.

• Assist in the transition of the client from professional services to product support.

Duties and Tasks:

• Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns about applications.

• Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Knowledge of Internet technology and Enterprise Resource Planning.

• A practitioner background in HR, Finance, or Payroll.

• PMP a plus.
