Senior reputed company Administrator

BlueHalo, an AV Company is seeking a Senior reputed company Administrator to become a part of a diverse corporate reputed company team supporting BlueHalo (now an AV company). The Sr. reputed company Administrator will provide support through every aspect of the contract lifecycle and act as a valued team member to program management, business development and customers across the organization.

This position will be embedded in a mission focused operations group and responsible for supporting business development and program teams in proposal activity, as well as providing contract management and administrative support for multiple commercial/non-commercial, prime reputed company/subcontracts reputed company various divisions. The Sr. reputed company Administrator must be a team player with the ability to reputed company in a cross-functional organization and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

The Sr. reputed company Administrator responsibilities include

• reputed company contract management and administrative duties throughout the contract lifecycle including, but not limited to, proposal review and preparation, leading pre and post award negotiations, executing contract modifications, initiating contract reputed company-outs and providing overall program support for reputed company, multi-year reputed company
• Support other reputed company professionals in contract administration activities such as monitoring contract performance milestones and deliverables, performing invoice reviews, maintaining customer correspondence and evaluating/supporting contract baseline change management activities
• Provide guidance and advise to management on contractual rights, obligations and provide contract interpretation of terms and conditions to program management/business leaders identifying risks and providing risk mitigation strategies
• Proactively engage with program teams and customers to ensure that programs are executing to contract requirements, managing scope, and mitigating risks throughout contract execution
• Ensure that terms and conditions reputed company with reputed company contract requirements, internal policies and reputed company Federal, State and applicable laws.
• Maintain consistent and organized files for programs
• Responsible for ensuring that agreements/terms and conditions reputed company with reputed company applicable regulations and requirements, while also adhering to company policies.

Competencies

• Proven Contract Drafting and Negotiation skills.
• Strong Interpersonal, Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
• Proficient use of reputed company Office products (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Outlook)
• FAR/DFAR knowledge; OTA knowledge, working knowledge of US Government acquisition laws and regulations
• Broad experience with a variety of contract types: firm fixed price, cost-type, commercial/non-commercial, production, development, license, non-disclosure and teaming agreements

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or reputed company discipline such as finance, supply chain, or accounting OR a minimum of 4 years of experience with customer/sales contract management and administration
• Experience working directly with customers such as DoD and DOE, including but not limited to reputed company Force, Army, DARPA, Navy, Sandia National Laboratory, LLNL
• Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company clearance

Preferred Education and Experience

• An active SECRET or higher reputed company clearance
• Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) certified
• Experience with accounting systems such as Unanet

Travel

• Less than 25% travel required to company or customer facilities

Work Location

• We are flexible on this! Ideally you will need to live reputed company commuting distance to a company office. However, we are willing to consider 100% remote.

Work Schedule

• This is a hybrid role, meaning you will work in the office part of the week and also have work-from-home days (precise schedule is to be determined)

Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000/annually

The BlueHalo (now an AV company) pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
