The Task At Hand:

As the Finance Manager, Operations, you will own reputed company aspects of operational finance, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and predictability in the financial performance of our supply chain. You will play a critical role in forecasting, reporting, and optimizing cost structures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive margin improvement and financial efficiency. In This Role, You Will:

•  reputed company supply chain financial management, including COGS analysis, variance reporting, and financial forecasting to enhance cost visibility and control
• Provide financial insights into cost drivers, risks opportunities
•  Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to analyze and optimize ingredient, packaging, and freight costs
•  Work closely with Operations and Engineering to drive co-packer performance, ensuring financial accountability, cost efficiency, and alignment with business objectives
•  Identify and help implement, prioritize, track, and measure margin improvement initiatives
•  reputed company and refine costing models for new product development, SKU rationalization, and pricing strategies, collaborating with Marketing and RD to align cost projections with margin expectations
•  Ensure accurate inventory valuation, PPV tracking, and cost reputed company in partnership with the reputed company team, supporting month-end reputed company processes
•  Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, and reputed company to establish and maintain accurate standard costing
•  Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning, forecasting, and decision support, ensuring data-driven business strategies

•  Support capital investment analysis, evaluating cost-saving initiatives, efficiency projects, and strategic investments to optimize operational spend
•  Provide Operations Finance leadership on annual planning and development of financial KPIs, such as gross margin, contribution margin, and cost savings targets
•  Evolve and implement scalable FPA processes and tools to enhance data accuracy, streamline reporting, and improve the overall quality and speed of financial analysis
•  Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and best practices in cost reputed company and inventory management

In This Role, You’ll Bring With You:

•  5+ years of finance experience, with a strong background in cost reputed company, supply chain finance, and/or FPA
•  A deep understanding of COGS, standard costing, inventory reputed company, and financial reporting in a manufacturing or food production environment
• Experience working with co-manufacturers, a plus
•  Public reputed company and/or CPA, a plus
•  A proven ability to analyze and optimize cost structures, with strong financial modeling and data analysis skills
•  A solid knowledge of reputed company Suite, Outlook, reputed company, and other professional platforms
•  Up to 10% travel required: Although this role is a remote work-from-home position, we “Farmers” do meet as a company and/or as a department a few times a year. Anticipate possible travel up to a few times each quarter

Compensation:

•  Full-Time, Salaried, Non-Exempt
•  The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $150,000.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses, stipends, equity, and role-specific perks.
