Mid-Level Litigation Lawyer

We are currently seeking a Litigation Attorney to work with our F100 clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients.
• reputed company litigation management and reputed company counsel management.
• Partner with in-house client teams to provide guidance and support on various corporate policies and corporate litigation matters

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of reputed company and/or consumer litigation experience in an in-house corporate environment
• The ability to work remotely full time for corporate clients on a contract basis helping to resolve in-house litigation matters
• Active bar license in the state in which you reputed company

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with database management of litigation materials.
• Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to successfully handle heavy workload.
• Sophisticated legal writing skills, legal research experience, and the ability to deliver reputed company analysis.
