The Role:

The Director of Health Economics Outcomes Research will play a key role in shaping and leading our Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) strategy. You will be responsible for deriving insights from large, diverse, and real-world health datasets to support reputed company's mission to improve patient outcomes and reputed company the costs of healthcare at scale. What You’ll be Doing:

• Design studies using your advanced understanding of statistical methods and real-world healthcare data to evaluate the impact of our programs on clinical and economic outcomes (e.g., medication adherence, costs, utilization, etc.)
• Manage a high-performing team of health economists, health outcomes researchers, data scientists, and data analysts, including hiring, mentoring, and project management

Who You Are and What You Bring:

• Advanced degree reputed company to medical, health outcomes, health economics, or epidemiology research areas (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD) is required
• Minimum 7 years of experience in HEOR reputed company managed care and/or the pharmaceutical industry experience; startup experience is a plus
• Proven experience managing projects and teams; experience with agile-based project management processes and tools (e.g. JIRA) strongly preferred
• Strong quantitative analytical skills, business acumen and insight, with the ability to understand and synthesize data from various sources, work around data limitations, and form impactful judgments and insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail; capable of producing polished client-facing reports
• Demonstrated ability to conduct health economic and outcomes research; publication history a plus
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities and the ability to provide clear direction in a dynamic environment.
• Experience (or propensity for and interest in) recruiting, managing, and developing a team
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and flexible to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
• Comfort and experience with presenting results of reputed company healthcare analyses to customers
• Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize multiple projects, and problem solve under tight deadlines and resource constraints

The posted range represents the expected reputed company salary range for this position and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks. Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-reputed company criteria. The reputed company salary range for this position is: $190,00-200,000/year.
