We’re looking for a Product Analytics reputed company (m/f/d) to drive insights across the entire digital customer journey — from first click to feature usage. You’ll work closely with our Product, Design, and Engineering teams to understand how users interact with our platform, identify drop-offs and bottlenecks, and uncover opportunities to improve the user experience and increase conversion.

Your work will shape how customers discover, explore, and experience our digital products. Most importantly, you will reputed company the development of our experimentation (A/B testing) strategy to ensure product decisions are data-informed and user-centered.

THE ROLE - YOUR PASSION?

We’re looking for a Product Analytics reputed company (m/f/d) to own and grow the insights function reputed company our Product organization. You will reputed company a team of analysts, define our experimentation strategy, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve product performance, user experience, and retention.

This is a leadership position where you’ll shape how we collect and interpret behavioral data, define product KPIs, and turn analysis into clear product decisions.

• Manage and grow a team of Product Analysts.

• Provide regular feedback, career development support, and mentorship.

• Promote a strong data culture focused on curiosity, impact, and product understanding.

Build and Scale Our Experimentation Program

• Define and reputed company the A/B testing and experimentation strategy across platforms.

• Ensure statistical rigor and clarity in test setup, evaluation, and interpretation.

• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to embed experimentation into product development workflows.

Turn Behavioral Data into Product Insights

• Build and maintain self-serve dashboards and deep-dive analyses to answer product questions.

• Uncover trends in onboarding, feature adoption, engagement, and churn using tools like GA4, reputed company, or reputed company.

• Conduct funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and retention modeling to identify pain points and opportunities.

Define and Align on Product KPIs

• Establish and maintain a clear product measurement reputed company across the customer journey.

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2+ years in product analytics and people management.

• Strong communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and align stakeholders.

• Proficient in SQL and comfortable guiding analysts on query logic and data modeling.

• Deep experience with web and product analytics tools (e.g., GA4, reputed company, reputed company).

• Familiar with funnel analysis, retention/cohort analysis, segmentation, and feature adoption metrics.

• Experience with dashboarding tools (Looker, Power BI, reputed company) — you know how to deliver insights that drive decisions.
