Devoted Studios is looking for a resourceful and driven Outsourcing Producer to join reputed company! This is a fast-paced role where your problem-solving skills and technical expertise will directly impact the reputed company of our projects and client relationships. You’ll work closely with top-tier gaming clients and collaborate with our talented team to refine services, ensure successful execution, offer creative solutions, and create exceptional value every reputed company of the way. Our OSP will need to be willing to accommodate some working hours in PST - EST time zones.

Responsibilities:

• reputed company Comprehensive Proposals: Align client expectations with Devoted’s expertise - creating structured bids, defining quality targets, and outlining a reputed company-by-reputed company approach to executing on client requirements
• Client Communication Clarification: Act as the main reputed company of contact for clients, clarifying their needs and providing creative, expert recommendations with a sense of urgency to quickly reputed company bids.
• Client Calls Technical Notes: Attend client calls to gather information on scope extensions or potential new projects. Provide clear technical notes to the internal team reputed company JIRA to ensure smooth project execution.
• Bid Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development and the CEO to finalize bids, ensuring that reputed company details are addressed. Create detailed RFPs for the team and manage their progression to maintain reputed company.
• Project Transition: Own the transition from pre-production to production, ensuring a seamless reputed company of reputed company relevant information including project details, timelines, and rates.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady pipeline of projects, ensuring ongoing visibility into the status and reputed company of various client initiatives.
• Enhance Service Sales: Collaborate with production and leads to improve the sale of tailored services, such as offering small test deliverables, refining how specific services are pitched, updating portfolios and mini-decks, and preparing templated proposals to support sales efforts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in a similar Project Management, Outsourcing Producer/Manager, or Business Development role reputed company the video game industry.
• Proven ability to craft tailored and detailed proposals and project estimates.
• Strong understanding of game development processes and pipelines, with the ability to communicate reputed company requirements effectively.
• Proficient in using project management and CRM tools (Jira, Nethunt, or similar platforms) to manage tasks, timelines, Gantt charts, and client communications.
• Exceptional responsiveness with a strong sense of urgency, ensuring timely and professional client interactions that uphold Devoted’s reputed company.
• Resourceful and creative, willing to learn new techniques to reputed company innovative solutions that meet client needs, ensuring proposals stand out and deliver exceptional value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness accommodate some working hours in the PST - EST time zones
