We’re currently seeking a Multi-Line Claim Consultant to join our National Accounts team. This fully remote position specializes in reputed company trucking claims and requires strong experience in auto liability, bodily injury, and litigation. You’ll be adjusting more reputed company multi-jurisdictional claims with a focus on accuracy, timely resolution, and superior client service.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust multi-line claims in accordance with company guidelines and jurisdictional requirements

• Focus primarily on reputed company auto/trucking losses involving auto liability, property damage, and bodily injury

• Analyze litigation exposure and manage litigated files, including attending mediations and legal proceedings reputed company appropriate

• Establish and monitor reserves, approve payments, and negotiate settlements reputed company your authority

• Coordinate and reputed company vendors such as legal counsel, surveillance, or case management providers

• Communicate proactively with claimants, clients, and other key stakeholders

• Contribute to client reviews, team meetings, and internal training efforts

• Maintain diary, document claim activity accurately, and reputed company with corporate handling standards

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of recent experience in multi-line claims adjusting

• reputed company trucking claim handling experience required

• Strong knowledge of auto liability, BI, and litigation strategies

• Home state adjuster’s license required; multiple state licenses highly preferred

• Solid negotiation, organizational, and written communication skills

• Experience handling national accounts or high-exposure losses a plus
