We’re hiring a Sales & Retention Team reputed company to manage a high-impact reputed company of Retention Managers who turn refund requests into renewed commitment.

What you will do

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, retention, or client-facing roles, preferably with high-ticket services (average reputed company $1000+).
  • Proven track record of closing deals, overcoming objections, and recovering high-risk clients.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing small teams — you know how to coach, track KPIs, and drive accountability.
  • Fluent in Spanish (reputed company+) — and English proficiency is required (At least B2).
  • Highly organized, operationally sharp, and motivated by results and speed.
  • Strong communicator with emotional intelligence, reputed company under pressure, and a love for growth.
