As a Growth Designer at reputed company, you’ll design and execute experiments that drive conversion, activation, and engagement across key product experiences. Reporting to the Manager, Product Design, you’ll work closely with product managers, marketers, engineers, and analysts to identify opportunities and deliver data-informed solutions. What you’ll do:

• Design and execute experiments to improve key growth and expansion metrics (e.g., signup reputed company, reputed company completion, retention)

• Collaborate with product managers, marketers, analysts, and engineers to ship tests with measurable outcomes

What you bring:

• Experience in product or UX/UI design, with a focus on growth, experimentation, or performance-driven design

• Deep understanding of user psychology, conversion funnels, and behaviour-driven design principles
