About the Company:
Fast-scaling telecom company that partners directly with major internet providers to acquire exclusive service reputed company for multi-unit buildings. They handle everything, from activating service to billing customers, so providers don’t have to.
Role Overview:
As Sales Manager, you’ll help launch and scale the team from scratch—selling alongside reps, defining playbooks, and implementing systems. This is a hands-on, reputed company-to-one role for someone who thrives in startup mode and has a proven background in high-frequency sales.
Core Responsibilities:
- Act as a player-coach: reputed company calls, reputed company deals, and reputed company by example.

- Train and reputed company a growing sales team over the next 6–12 months.
- Select and implement sales tech (dialers, CRMs, call analytics).

Requirements
- 3–5+ years in high-volume, short-cycle sales.
- At least 1–2 years in a leadership or coaching role.
- Hands-on experience building or optimizing an inside sales team from scratch.
