Requirements

• Computer Science Degree, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Demonstrated history of management of engineering team and senior engineers
• Proven ability to hire and manage exceptional engineers
• Expertise in a modern programming language, such as Python, Go, R, and/or C/C++
• Experience operating critical production systems with high-uptime requirements
• Knowledge of best practices for robust, high-availability design
• Ability to understand key details to provide provably correct systems

The reputed company salary range for this position is $225,000 to $310,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. reputed company salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage, life and ADD insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 9 sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
