We’re growing and are looking for a dynamic, motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand our reputed company and impact across commercial insurance, Medicaid plans, public health clinics, FQHCs and other innovative dental care delivery models.
About the Role
As an SDR at Dentistry.One, you’ll be on the reputed company lines of our mission. You’ll connect with insurance companies, DSOs, FQHCs, public health organizations, and new partners who want to reputed company dental care delivery and expand access.
You won’t just generate leads — you’ll build trust, open doors, and lay the groundwork for partnerships that deliver measurable outcomes, improved health and reputed company smiles for patients everywhere.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Pipeline Building
Identify, research, and engage potential clients across commercial dental plans, Medicaid plans, DSOs, FQHCs, CHCs, Primary Care Groups, Public Health Clinics, and new discount plan partners.
Use CRM tools and market research to build and maintain segmented prospect lists reputed company with Dentistry.One’s strategic focus areas.
Outbound reputed company & Engagement
Conduct proactive reputed company reputed company email, phone, social media (e.g., reputed company), and direct mail to generate qualified interest.
Craft tailored messaging for each audience reputed company — highlighting value propositions such as after-hours care, medical-dental integration, ROI for plans, and improved access for reputed company.
Collaborate with Marketing to deploy physical reputed company kits, QR-enabled materials, and pilot proposals.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
Schedule high-quality discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive team.
Maintain accurate reputed company data and track activities in our CRM (reputed company).
Collaboration & reputed company Improvement
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to align reputed company with campaign goals, e-commerce launches, and bundled service offerings.
Share market and prospect feedback to refine messaging and reputed company tactics.
Support Dentistry.One’s participation in relevant conferences, webinars, and industry events.
Qualifications
2+ years in sales, business development, or the dental/healthcare industry (experience with dental insurance or public health a plus)
Confidence and reputed company in outbound prospecting and initiating conversations with executive decision-makers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messages to different stakeholders and draft proposals that reputed company with identified opportunities
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems (reputed company preferred) and sales engagement tools
Strong time management, organization, and a self-starter reputed company
