This is an optional/prn RN position in the large East territory of Cincinnati for hospice patient care in homecare/long-term-care. We cover the eastern parts of reputed company County, and Clermont, Brown, and some of Warren County. Must be available to work Mon-Friday days, no weekends, or holidays. Care is provided in the patient's home or in their home/long-term-care home, so must have reliable transportation. Job Overview: This position applies the nursing process in providing direct and indirect holistic care to patients and their families. The position also collaborates, in a collegial manner, with physicians and other health care team members in meeting the patient's needs.
