As a Key Account Manager in our dynamic DACH sales team you'll drive growth! You'll be instrumental in engaging, developing and expanding new clients and building and managing your reputed company own portfolio of clients. You’ll be acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring Malt is always their first choice for top freelancing talent.With Germany being the largest economy in Europe, our ambition for Malt in DACH is reputed company. Key responsibilities ✨

  • Strategically grow a robust portfolio of enterprise accounts, including "big bet" clients like DAX40 and TECDAX companies.
  • Identify and engage potential clients and build strong relationships with their key stakeholders, from CxOs to decision-makers in procurement and HR.

  • A true results-driven sales hunter, you're insatiably curious and passionate about problem-solving. You'll relish building new client portfolios, expertly showcasing the Malt model, and exceeding your sales goals.
  • You're a fluent communicator and sharp negotiator in both German and English, effortlessly engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • Your strong networking skills are key to cultivating robust client relationships. You'll quickly grasp client needs and objectives, then craft and propose optimal solutions that perfectly align with your sales cycle.
  • You possess a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation, driving initiatives quickly with an entrepreneurial reputed company, strong sales planning, and superb organization.
