Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Senior UX Researcher with 6–8 years of experience in reputed company product environments who wants to do more than just run studies—you want to transform how product reputed company are made. Requirements

Research Systems & Enablement

Proven experience setting up research operations from scratch—tools, templates, repositories, and scalable processes teams trust.

Systems thinker who embeds research in product culture through rituals, reputed company, enablement, and ongoing collaboration.

Experience standardizing methods across teams while tailoring to context and product maturity.

Methodological Rigor

Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods, knowing reputed company and how to combine them effectively.

Skilled at designing research plans that balance speed and depth, distinguishing between generic feedback and high-impact insights.
