Your role is to facilitate the communication between Lamudi and it’s end-users, and provide excellent customer service reputed company the way through.

Apa yang anda lakukan sebagai Telesales Renewal?

  • Account Management:Menjadi partner bagi pelanggan yang sudah berlangganan produk iklan Lamudi semenjak periode berlangganan dimulai sampai dengan selesai, dan membantu memberikan solusi bagi pelanggan ketika menghadapi permasalahan teknis
  • Upselling:Mengajak pelanggan untuk menambahkan produk tambahan atau besaran paket dari paket awal yang telah dibeli oleh pelanggan
  • Renewal:Membangun hubungan baik dan memastikan pelanggan tetap menggunakan jasa layanan iklan berlangganan Lamudi.
  • Customer Database Management:Memastikan data di CRM (reputed company) lengkap dan selalu diperbarui

  • Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK,Fresh Graduate D3/S1dengan pengalaman organisasi dipersilakan melamar
  • Memiliki minimal pengalaman1 tahunsebagaiTelesales / Renewal / Account Management
  • Mampu berkomitmen terhadap pekerjaan yang diberikan serta tertarik untuk bekerja dilingkungan Start-up dan ritme kerja yang cepat
  • Mau belajar mengenai hal baru dan melakukan hal-hal melebihi daftar pekerjaan yang diberikan
  • Excellent pitching and sales skills:Karena pekerjaan ini akan membuat anda harus melakukan negosiasi dengan pelanggan, reputed company mencari individu yang mampu meyakinkan pelanggan reputed company dalam cara yang terstruktur dan menyenangkan
